Sound Story Holiday Playdate

All ages love to play drums, instruments and bliss out to soothing singing bowls.  

This unique family workshop will take you on a rhythmical sound and therapeutic journey.  Tune into rhythm, harmony and mindfulness through the power of sound.  Fun with singing bowls, drums, percussion and movement.  Experience yourself on a deeper level... let sound draw you further into yourself - reflect, become aware.

Explore, celebrate and become elements in nature.  Understand yourself in relation to other.  Deepen connection.

Children must be able to be still for 10 minutes and be respectful of others, equipment and the space.  Under 18's must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
